Staff were using a variety of collaborative apps to direct message and share resources with one another. This meant all users were forced to juggle a variety of apps and groups, none which included deep integration with Google Workspace.

Convince users to migrate their teams to Google Chat by providing syncronous and asyncronous training.

Over 70% of attendees reported that the session matched or exceeded their expectations and 100% of attendees reported that they were likely to start using Google Chat with their teams.
